I have 2 questions about adding the number of normal ringing cycles for CFNA. In our CDB, we have CFN0=4, CFN1=2 CFN2=3. Can we add another ring cycles (CFN3)?

I have someone asking me to have 6 rings before it goes to Voice Mail. If the answer is not. How can we change those CFN, Ex: CFN1 to become 6 instead of 2. Is that in LD 15 CDB ?
Prt = Chg, how can i reach to CFN , so i can change it to 6.

Thank you very much, I appreciate your help

Most of your phones are probably going to be set to the default of RCO 0, so you should change CNF1=2 in the
CDB LD15 to CNF1=6. than chang the RCO 0 on that phone to RCO 1.

Thanks for the help.
we have CFN0=4, CFN1=2 CFN2=3. Can we add another ring cycles /another CFN(CFN3)? not change the CFN value.?

No there are only 3 CNF's 0, 1 & 2. But like I said I wouldn't change CNF-0 because the default is RCO=0 and most tech's just use the default.

sorry
typing error
CFNO=6 should be CFNx=6...x = 1 2 or 3 Colin
