Adding Not Configured Channels

I'm adding what are 'not configured channels' to the 'configured channels' in NICE Administrator saving the changes but they are not appearing in monitor.

Any ideas?

Have I got to do something else to see them in monitor?

click on view menu when in nice monitor and select show channels. ensure the channels are added to list. also if you are using a multi site and you are connecting to a master connect to the local cls instead by changing the data source.

You may also need to add device info in your logger definition for the channels to show up if previously set to not configured??

Don't forget that you will need to log out of all nice toolbar applications including the toolbar to be able to see changes like this.
