I am new to wls. I know WAS though. I need to work on wls now and am looking into it.

I am haing little hardtime understanding how the nodemanaer is added to the adminserver/domain

lets say we have two physical server, we want to create jvms. My understanding is like this

we need to install wls on both
we also need to create domain in both
may be we only create admin server in one of them and managed server in the others

now we would like to manage the managed server of the 2nd machine, from the admin server of the first mahine
( by the way, when we create a domain, an adminserer is created or or have been created is this correct?)

how I can bring the nodemanager of the second manchine to work from the adminserver of the first machine

I could not find out exact documentation

i just need a high level conceptual stuff I can work out the details

what happens the adminserver of the second server once the nodemanager is added /registered to work with adminserver of the first machine?

thanks
