Adding New user

OK after new installation of the System manager along with all the sub modules (GL.AR.AP etc.).i try to add user to the company at the point where i am trying to open the authorization module or the security module i get the following errors:-

Error 1:- Damaged data. Authorization key. table not found
Error 2:- error occurred when opening view AS0002
Error 3:- view 'AS0002" is not a valid ID.
Error 4:- Error occurred when activation Sage Accpac Data Sources


After closing the error window the error comes up......

Sever o/s: windows server 2003
Accpac Service pack: product update 1
Wokstation setup : YES


What can be done here ?

Here are a few scenarios you can look into.

Is the Accpac database setup configured properly?
If you are using data source, is the ODBC connections setup properly?
Is this is a 64-bit machine? If yes then are you using the 32-bit ODBC driver?
Does the user have proper rights to access the data?
Does anyone else have problems accessing Accpac?

If at first you don't succeed, then sky diving wasn't meant for you!
