I have added user profile "mary", now I can't give her a password to log in.

Thanks Mitch for the light bathroom reading.
I also downloaded the 555-245-205 from Avaya (all 10meg)

Now what is the short cut to getting a new login working?

open a web browser to the IP of the active processor, click on "Launch Maintenance Web Interface", on the left panel, below "Security" is: "Administrator Accounts", click on that, and from there you can add a login. first group would probably be "susers", secondary profile would be "prof18", or you could make a custome profile, like "prof20" if you want to restrict the login. You also set the password and expiration date on this page as well.
