Adding new TNs to Symposium

We have added 20 new stations in our call center. They are all programmed and ready to go except that I need to add the Terminal Number address to Symposium and aquire them. How do I add these addresses????

Go to Configuration - Phonesets and Voice Ports and type them in. Then tick the check box to acquire them, job done.

I actually did just that and they all say "aquired logout". When an agents logs into soft phone it says "aquired login" but does not register the agent as logged into Symposium and the agent doesn't get a call. Not sure what I have missed.

Did you designate these TN's as Voice Ports? If so, try to take that designation off. (You may have to delete and rebuild the ports). Voice Ports are special ports on the voice mail system that are used for interactive announcements.
