Adding New Skillset to Queue

Hello,

We have an Nortel Option 11 switch, Callpilot Server, and Symposium 6 running our inbound call center.

I am trying to add a new Skillset to our current Queue but I continue to receive "Your call cannot be completed at this time, please try again later" message. This is what I have done so far:
- Symposium: Configuration - Skillset - Added new skillset
- Symposium: Configuration - CDN - Added and acquired new CDN
- Symposium: Scripting - Created new script, validated, and activated (Saved)
- Symposium: Scripting - Added the CDN to the Master Script and Activated
- CallPilot: Application Builder - Added the new Menu and Call Transfer flow

At this point I don't know what I am missing. I believe I need to do something to make the connection within the switch but am not sure. Any help would be much appreciated.

How does the number you're dialing correlate to the CDN you created? Is it a DID that matches the CDN's digits? As DFKSydney asks, are you using IDC tables to translate the incoming digits to the CDN?
