adding new route to route pattern in CM 1

We have Avaya CM PBX
I am trying to get familiar with the ARS and trunk routes. we had a planned outage last week, thought our vendor had our routes set to use our one PRI we kept, if our SIP trunks were not available. Did not happen we got busy. In looking at route pattern, it looks pretty straight forward, it has option 1,2 & 3 to go to our AT&T SIP trunks and that's it. I want to add 4th option to go to our PRI trunk.

what is the BCC value TSC- CA-TSC?
0 1 2 M 4 W request Dgts Format
1.y n n n n n n rest next
2.y n n n n n n rest next
3.y n n n n n n rest rehu

I assume when I enter 4. to add a PRI route option
