Adding new Records to Access automatically

I am in the process of converting an old Excel Database into Access. This handles about 200 pieces of new post per day. Currently the post comes in and from Excel a front sheet is printed out automatically for every single piece of post which it is then attached to. So far in my Access database I have set up a new Form which generates a unique ref for each item of post and the current date. A report will then print of a front sheet for every new item that day. However I currently have to manually set up each new record by clicking the next record button. Is there anyway I can set up a query whereby I specify how many new items of post were received that day and my Database then sets up that same number of new records? Any help much appreciated.

for each i in vals
INSERT INTO tblName(Field1, Field2) VALUES(val1, val2)
next i

or something to that effect
