Adding new printer

A remote Citrix user has a new HP k80xi printer and I'm trying to get it so that she can print to it from her citrix session. I've tried adding the printer driver to the (NT4) Citrix box but she can't print to it. When she logs in she gets

"HP AiO Device Server

CoResumeClass Objects failed hRes-0x80004015
The class is configured to run as a security id different from the caller"

Hey!

Use the HP deskjet 855C driver! Localy select it as standard printer. it will make an auto Created Client Printer.
