adding new charset in Interbase

hi!

How can I add new charset to Interbase? I need WIN1257 charset. As far as I know charsets are stored in table RDB$CHARACTER_SETS as blobs. (However I could not see any blob - it always opens me empty window) What is the format they are stored? Can I add new? I tried to add just new line in that table (keeping the description field empty) but it doesnt help - when I try to change charset for my database the new entered charset is not offered among other ones.

I'm not sure - but I don't think you can add any new ones.
