Adding new agents

Having problem adding new agent in Symposium. Have 300 in the system but have not bee able to add 4 new agents. Any suggestions, or is there a limit to how many, where would I find that limit is so?

In SCCS 4.0 (not sure on others) go to Statistics Configuration>Historical Stats > Paramaters.

You may of run out of agent licences.
