Adding multiple rows in excel

I have a spreadsheet with several rows. Is there a way to add a blank row after each at one time? I'm hoping there's a faster way than inserting one row at a time.

Any help would be appreciated.

Firstly, why would you want to go and insert blank rows after each row? Just curious as to what the case for doing this is.

You could use third column to enter sorting numbers, and number you current rows 1-n, and number some blank rows underneath with the same numbers, and then sort them all.
