adding multiple address to distribution list 1

I like to take multiple email addresses from the CC field and add them to a distribution list.
Any ideas on how this is done using Outlook 2000.

Open the e-mail message you want to copy the names from, highlight the names in the To or Cc box, then on the Edit menu, click Copy.


Then goto File - New - Distribution List.


Name your distribution list.


Click Select Members. In the Add to distribution list list, right-click, and then click Paste on the shortcut menu. *Remember.......
