Adding Multimedia

We currently have CCM 6 with 100 agents. We are looking to add the Multimedia package to implement chat. Does anyone have any idea what the cost to add the chat is? I'm just looking for a general number nothing exact. Also is this a good product or should I be looking elsewhere for a chat solution?
