I have an IP Office 406V2 3.0.59 and VMPro 3.0.17 and had a question from a user about having more than 1 option out of a mailbox.
what they want to say is this.

Sorry I am not here to take your call at this time. to reach an operator press 0, to reach my asstistant press 2. Any ideas?

Thanks

Create a User start point for that user, add a Leave action, begin with a menu. Setup the menu to match the script, except add timeout for leave a message.

"Sorry I am not here to take your call at this time. to reach an operator press 0, to reach my asstistant press 2."
User - Leave-
Start - Menu TO= Leave msg(callers mailbox)
2=xfer to ext 123
0=xfer to oper ext

Create a personal auto attendant for that mailbox in VMPro.

Start point to a menu, create the number of options you want and go from there.

Hopes this helps.

or set VM rexeption to a VM short code entry for an options menu.
"Leave msg at tone or press 0 for options"
