Adding more ip's (new voice scop)

We ran out of ip's on our voice scope, so we added another scope to our voice superscope.

We copied the same settings as the previous one, besides router and basics.
Copied option 150 as well.

But the phones will not pick an ip from the new scope.

- the phones pick up a data scope instead.
- I can assign a reservation to the phone with the new scope but it does not show (8)TFTP server, (14)picks up the correct dns, (21)picks up call manger ip too.

any ideas?

Only a guess, but it sounds like possibly a VLAN problem to me
