I have two sites and both have IPOCC and we are adding more agents and supervisors to both totally different sites not connect.
In both cases when we try to activate them against the existing IPOCC Host on PLDS we get an error
The error is WLM-350-Avivation Fail: Customer Interaction Express licences cannot be activated without a licence enablement that includes "CIE Basic Features" in the product field
As I said both sites a running happily with IPOCC we just get this error on the PLDS site when we try to add to the host to get he new xml file.
I think we a missing a step in the process but I cannot see it anywhere.
Has any one got any ideas?
