Adding Months in a range of dates

I need to add months in a date column by month :
10 Jan 03 January =
12 Feb 02 Febuary =
01 Jan 02 March =
03 Mar 02 April =
Etc and have it totaled in a different column.
Any idea's?

Have you managed to find a solution to your problem?

I take that what you wanted was a way to count how many times a month (ie Jan, Feb, etc) appeared in a column?

Correction, you might want DCOUNT. If you look at all the functions, it is in the database portion.
