Adding MenuBar and ButtonBar to JFrame

Hi all,
I wish to create an AppFrame (JFrame) with
a MenuBar (MenuItems: File, Edit, Window & Help)
as well as a ButtonBar (Button 1, Button 2, Button 3) below it.
Any help much appreciated. meistertools@gmx.net
