Adding mailbox, "Cannot Continue" error?

Hello,

I'm trying to create a mailbox for a new user. His extension is 328 but as soon as I enter the service class, I get a "cannot continue" error and I get kicked out.

There was a mailbox 328 but I deleted it today before attempting to create the new one. I've created a few other mailboxes today and had no problems. Normally this isn't an issue but I can't add this particular mailbox.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

what release/version of mail are you using? That was an issue in the Flash 1.5 stated in SRN 007, January 21, 1998 and corrected with 1.7.

Go back in a make sure the mailbox was deleted. If so you may need to do a reboot on the system just by pulling the power cord allow it to stay off for about 2 seconds then plug in it back in. Then try again once the voice mail comes up - there is probably a correpted file. A reboot should fix that.
