Ok I have little experience with phone systems, and the guy I work with left my office, and he knew all about it and pretty much dropped everything in my lap. I have a BCM 1000e, dual T1, most of the phones in the office are IP Phone 2004s NTDU92, and some have softphones. I need to have calls to certain DNs redirected to cell phones. I have two digit codes created for Pools A, B and C, and I have added them to thier respective DNs. My problem is that when I activated the feature by pressing FEATURE 84, it says that there are no lines available. Obviously this means that I havent added the line correctly. I have exhausted all of my documentation, and before I call Nortel, I want to deal with people on this forum. Thanks so much!

T1 usually are not in poolA,B but rather in BlockA or BlockB
To redirect call from phone set to cell phone, you need to turn on redirect and just do call forward using destination code ( such as 9 ) + cell # from the desk set (At least that how we did with BCM400/BCM50).

Note: Don't mess with route and destination code unless you write down EVERYTHING of what you have, else you could have a mess on your hand.

Roger that and thanks for quick response. Will try now and get back.
