While in the process of installing a new voice gateway at a site, we had to change the signalling on the incoming circuit from DASS to Q931e. All of our other voice gateways are connected to circuits with Q931 (not e) signalling.

The only difference that this makes to the end user is that Q931e circuits do not present the leading 0 on the incoming CLI to the voice gateway.

Can anyone tell me how I can add a leading 0 to the CLI of incoming calls on the voice gateway, so that the end user still gets the correct number on their phone screen ?

in the gateway add the digits in the Prefix DN feild.
