TIP
If the language prompts have been installed, you can insert a "Select System Prompt Language" before the dial by name (or at the beginning of the call flow)
It's under "Actions>Configuration Actions" in the Actions tab.
Under the Specifics tab it will show all the available languages and a yes/no if the language is installed.
If the language you wish to use is not installed you can install them manually.
1. Open the ISO image for the version you are using
2. Avaya>VMPro>vmpro-wavs-es.rpm (in this example to extract the Spanish wav files) Extract to your desktop
Open the Server Edition Web page Goto settings>Software Repositories>Applications>Browse to the .rpm you extracted and add it.
Goto the Updates tab>scroll down to the Voicemail-wavs-es and click install.
Restart the VMPro service
Now the language prompts will be available in the Select System Prompt Language.
