adding keycodes to a pbx 1

I need to add music on hold to a 1000e 4.5 will this cause a ini or sys load?

The only time you cause a sysload for this is when you decrease ISM's or add a package.

I am assuming you are adding music broadcast ISM's in which case that would not require a sysload. That is assuming the feature package is there.

It will not automatically cause a sysload on it's own. It will tell you after activating the keycode if a sysload is needed or not.

need to add moh via keycodes? am i still asleep?

i can't dream of a senerio that would require keycodes to add moh.. did you donwload keycodes from nortels tech web? if so they warn IF the keycodes will require an ini.. key codes do not require a cold restart

Only thing that comes to mind for MOH related keycodes is music broadcast ISM's since it's a 1000E. Shouldn't need a sysload for those if memory serves me correctly.
