Adding Keyboard Shortcut

I currently have a Character Style set-up for Body Italic and want to assign a Keyboard Shortcut to this style as I use it so often.

However, I cannot work out how to attach a shortcut to it! When I open the Character Style in question there is a little box in there that says 'shortcut' but you can't type into it.

Also, when I open up the Keyboard Shortcuts Menu I can't see my Character Style for Body Italic in there...hmm.

If anybody knows how to do this it would save me so much time!

It has to be a combo key thing. command+number keypad number.

I guessed that it would have to be, but my main problem is where do I enter the shortcut? How do I set it up for this particular operation?
