Can somebody tell me in laymen’s terms what it would take to add IP telephones that an ACD agent could use that was not located in the same office. We have two sites and are evaluating the possibility of going to one site but keeping many of the agents in that geographical area by using IP phones. Currently we have nothing for IP telephony in our systems. Which are Opt 81c. This could be up to 200 Agents.

Thank you

What release is your PBX? Do you already have IP licenses on your system? Do you have a sig server?

there are too many things to verify (upgrade / compatibility)

you would have to get an engineered quote to get a correct $ figure and what parts would be required.

also you LAN (WAN) would need to be up to snuff.

I believe you are correct. There are too many variables. Thanks anyhow.
Please disregard the question.
