First you need to get the system ID from Element Manager under keycodes. Then you need to get your auth code for the new IP seats. Then you need to login to Nortel KRS. If this is an existing site you will be prompted to enter the system id, if this is a new system then you will need to register the product with KRS first. After that you will download the file, DO NOT CHANGE THE NAME OF THE .LIC file. Then you need to go back to Element Manager and under keycodes select Load File. Navigate to your file and load it up. Make sure that you have the most up to date version of Element Manager or it might not take.
