Adding internal extension to conference call.

CICS 7.1. The customer asked if they can add a internal extension to a conference call. I could nto seem to make it work. Can this be done? For now they had me disable privacy so anyone can join the call.

You are limited to one exterior and one internal in your case and yes it can be done.

I am guessing.... when on the call do F3
Call the DN/EXT # of the internal user then press the Held Line.

Look in the Norstar Feature Guide for instructions but when doing F3 the display tells you what to do.

Sorry I read wrong, you are trying to add a 4th user? in that case only 3 allowed.
