adding hunt groups vs skill

to add a hunt grp use the command add hunt-grp what is the comand to add a skill


I need to point a 800 # to a skill have an agent log in to the skill and anser the call

I am on definity 2.2. with cms and using vectors

A skill is a hunt group. Its all about the settings of the hunt group that make it a skill.

If you have EAS (expert agent) enabled in your switch, creating the hunt group automatically sets up the skill.

It is then determined in the hunt group form, and then vectoring how the call routes internally.

Once the hunt/skill group is created, you then put that skill number in the ch agent xxxx, 2nd page next to skill level. 1 is the highest, 2 lower, then so on.
