adding harddrive to windows 2000 server with raid 5

Hi,
I have a windows 2000 server with raid 5 and I want to expand the hard drive capacity (without loosing the data).
Each raid is 9GB and I want to add 5 new hard drives with 4GB on each. What is the safest way to do that?
What software could I use to partition windows 2000 server?
