Adding groups to the chart condition field

Is it possible to add several groups to the chart(condition fields). I need this to generate graphs dynamically using RDC. Further i would also like to edit the group name.Is it all possible!!? if yes how?

there is a property to set specifiedgroups is it useful in this context???
