Adding Groups to objects

Hi all,

I know how to add users to groups and modifing file permissions within groups but how does one add a group to an object?

Here's my dilemma. One of the print servers that the Client/Server team setup contains about 50+ shared print queues. They built the queues without including the Print Operators group. I need to find a way to add that group to all the queues. Any ideas on how to automate this?
