I am looking for a best practice. I have around 30 formulas that are consistent through about 100 reports. Every time there is a change to one of those formulas I need to open every report and make the update. I thought formulas could be copied to the Repository but this is not the case. I know I could use functions but I still don't know how they would help considering most of the formulas are creating groupings. Does anyone have any ideas on how to address this. I would appreciate any advice. I am using Crystal Reports Server and Designer 2008. Thanks.
