Hi

Im pretty new to Adobe Acrobat so please put any answers in idiot proof form. I'm using version 5.0.

I have a number of scanned documents, some containing hundreds of pages each, and I have to apply a copyright statement to the bottom of each page of each document.

I've worked out how to use the free text tool to apply it to one page at a time but I really don't have the time, or patience, to do this for each page individually.

Does anyone know a way of applying it to all the pages in a document in a single operation, or even just an easier way than one page at a time?

Any help could improve my quality of life greatly.

Many thanks

Use a form field instead. This can then be put in the right position on one page and duplicated through all the pages. You could use a text field and then make it read-only, which would make it seem as though it's just a bit of text there (unless someone opens it in full Acrobat and turns the form tool on).

You can find more info on creating fields with Acrobat's Help, but let me know if you need more instructions.
