Adding folders when packaging a Visual basic application

I can add files ( with the add option in package and deployment wizard). That's how I add my datbases when I was deploying my applications on the lan drive or on cdrom. But I wanted to add a folder which has 190 sub folders(each one for one country) and each folder has 2 files. The size is not big. but I wanted them to go as a root folder in packing the application.
I could not see an option or solution.
Anyone has any solution?
