Adding files with package and deployment wizard

I need to add multiple files that have the same name from different directories and get an error that the file by that name is already there. For example - I need to add 2 files /temp1/file.bmp and /temp2/file.bmp theses are 2 different files that have the same name in different directories. Is this beyond PDW and I have to use Install Shield?
