Is there a way to add fields to the contact information form in Outlook 2002? I would like to add some very detailed information about some of our customers and would rather not resort to a database. Thanks in advance for your help!
If you open a contact you will see a Tab that says "All Fields" You should be able to use this, and hopefully has everything you need. Also has a facility for "User defined Fields".
