adding extra images to a flash xml template

I recently purchased a flash XML template and I do know how to change to temporary images my own files; but is there a way to add a secondary image on the same page.

I have tried to add <image imageUrl="_tfile01.png"/> and nothing happens.

Basically the flash template allows me to put one image on that page and text describing it, and I would like to put multiple images and text.

Am I locked into what the flash template is preset or is there a way to change it?
