Adding drivers to resource manager in IPrint

Currently using Netware 6.5 sp 5 and have had trouble in the past adding printer drivers to Iprint through broker. When I open the page to add drivers in Imanager under manage broker and click add from file I get the message "Uploading resources to the broker using 'add from file' is not currently supported."
Is there somewhere this has to be turned on? It used to work and we just noticed that it's not working. Anybody got any ideas?
