Hey guys - Why won't the switch let me add a DN of 9915 - it gives me an error of SCH3300? Both the DN and TN are available.

SCH3300 states
The DN or Position ID is invalid, it must be unique.

I saw the error but what does it mean both the TN and Dn are open for use. Why is it denying me?

Is 9 your access code to dial externally? If it is, that would be the reason you can't add a DN of 9915.

If not, do a LD 11,
PRT
DNB
when you get to DN, enter 9 and see what 9915 is doing.

ld 20

9

that will list all usable dn's starting with 9, if 9 is ac1 you will not see any unused dn's
