adding DN phones issue

Hello,

I'm installing a platform in lab to test integrated services on cisco ip phones 7941 with CCM 4.2 and here si my problem:
My Cisco MCS 7815 is configured as a publisher, it's working with 2 phones which i'm trying to get connected but when I add the phone with manual or auto-registration I get the following error during DN allocation :
Directory Numbers
One or more errors occured while trying to get the DN information for this phone's line. Try deleting and re-creating this device. If errors continue, it may be necessary to restore an earlier version of the configuration database. (-2147467259)

If someone knows that issue,

Go to Route Plan Report and delete all the unasigned DN, then try again to add the phone. If that doesn't work erase the current config on your phone (**# to unlock), Settings-> Network-> Erase Configuration.
Try to add the phone again.
