Adding Disclaimer to all outgoing messages

Is there a way to add a standard disclaimer to the bottom of all outbound exchange messages. I am looking for a way to do this without going to each desktop and changing it in Outlook.

Hopefully there is an option to do this within MS Exchange 5.5 and have it work on all the mailboxes without destroying the user's signature files.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
