Adding DID's

Help....

I'm new to this Merlin Magix 4.0 system. We just recently had a company come in and install a PRI line for us. They setup our main numbers to forward to the appropriate operators. We are supposed to have 20 DID numbers that we can use. I would like to setup those numbers but do not know how. We already have published extension numbers so I don't want to have to change the Extension Numbers because of the DID numbers. Is it possible to just "forward" the calls coming in to the appropriate extension number?

For Example: When someone dials xxx-5900 I want the call to be forwarded to x130 in the system. Is this possible?

OK, what we need here is the D-I-D range and the EXTENSION Range.

Also, what did you PUBLISH?

Post that info, and we may be able to figure out a solution.

 
More info would be nice, but you can try adding the whole DID range and extensions. Those DID's/exts. that don't have phones can be added to a calling group that would have a group cover of all the extensions responible for answering those calls assigned to it
