Adding Delphi component to C++ Builder 5

How exactly do you do it, I have a component I would like to use, the files are *.pas, *.kwf , *.dcr , *.cnt & *.gid

but quite simply I have no idea how to do it... (BTW I do know how to add builder components if that will help in the answer)

In builder is the same :
Components/Add Component/
then browse for the .dcu or pas file(can't remember exactly)
do it as builder component
