Adding/deleting products

I had a quick question again..lol..I was wondering if theres an easier way to add products to an existing category and have it put the name of the product in the right place instead of having to manually move it up? I have all me oroducts list aplabetically and say i deleted one that started with the letter P..and then added a new product with the letter P. I then have to manually move it all the way up. I tried hitting Ascending order and it did arrange it on miva but after I update it is still at the last place on the store. Any thing to do?

Is this sorting program a program that my web server has to have or can I just load this onto my computer? Silly question, I know. I'm working at home for a local store and this Miva program is giving me fits! It just seems so time consuming to do everything. Not great for the visual learner, for sure. If I can get this program and just stick it on my home computer, it might make things easier. Thanks for your help. Leslie

You actually load the module to Miva itself. Then you can log in at home and still work with it there. All you have to do is load the module and it stays there.

No. If your the admin of the store then you purchase it yourself. Your host provider dont do it. You know what i'm saying?

Leslie, the Miva modules are usually pretty easy to install and come with installation instructions. As Outkasted69 says, it is something that you would do, not your host.
