Adding, Deleting and Moving users 1

Good day to all,
We are using Nortel Norstar (MICS 5.0)
Apparently, this was assigned to me. I have no phone configuration experience at all. the person who is handling this is out for a health reason.

Can anybody please help how can will I accomplished these 3 things.
1. At ext 220, the person will move out from his office will work remotely (home office). I want to configure his ext to directly forwards all incoming call to his VM.

2. At Ext 219, tis person will take over the room that was left by person using the ext 220. I need to change the exhandset extension from 220 to 219.

3. A new person will come on board and will use the room where the 219 person originally came from. I need to create a new extension(say 232) for her and change the terminal number from 219 to 232.

BTW, we are all using M7310 as terminal set.

1. At extension 220, press feature 984
2. Go in to the programming and go to CHANGE DNS enter old extension and then enter new.

Just to verify. I tried this is on my MISC R1T1 system and that feature code is used for my old Startalk C voicemail system. Is this valid only on certain versions?

I did find this however buried deep in my programming under A. Configuration, 6. System Data, Individual DNs. If I could've found this out Friday night, it would've saved me 2-1/2 hours doing a 'Set Relocation' for over 20 phones!

Feature 984 is only for forwarding in newer voicemail systems.
Feature 984 used to be used to set date and time on Startalk.
