Adding date to new record

Simle question

I want the following to happen

When I create a new record the first field will automaticly filling the next date required, the same as autonumber does with numbers.

Any ideas

I noticed that you haven't reposted in the other forums.

Do you need an incremental date as the default or just today's date as the default?
