Adding data to Peachtree

I'm looking into the idea of greating an unlimited user order entry module to import data into Peachtree. I also need a way to edit check amounts. I've got a user who loves to write hand checks with out recording the amounts so we put the number in and edit when the statement comes in.

I've tried DDE but while that works for reporting I never have any luck using it for data entry.
