I would like to automatically import catalog requests I receive via Ourlook email into an access table.

Anyone know of a simple way to do this?

I have been doing this manually for the last 3000 records and its getting old ;)

TIA

PS I receive the data in this format:

Name: Sharleen Smith
Address 1: 225 Fake Blvd
Address 2:
City: Boca Raton
State: FL
Zip: 33430

Email: stfake@notreal.net
Phone:

Yes, its probably very simple.

You need to program against the Outlook object model or possibly do this through the CDO interface. When you have a code module open, select 'Tools', then 'References'. On that list, there should be a reference to the Microsoft Outlook object model. If you find it, check the box and close the Window. You can then lookup sample code and help for this at msdn.microsoft.com.

Good luck!
